HOW DO I PAY MY DOWN PAYMENT?
We do not accept your down payment towards your new home, it is paid at a title company where you will receive proper documentation of proof of payment. Please DO NOT provide cash to anyone helping you find a home. Always provide payment to a certified title company that is registered in the state of Texas.
